剧情简介
本片将舞台缩进边境山谷的野战医院。军医季岚奉命执行前线医疗，早已形成“先保军规、后顾个体”的执行逻辑。一次夜袭后他与逃兵阿烈被困在废弃索道站，医疗物资只够支撑十小时，伤员却有五十人。电影以倒计时叙事推进，呈现三层压力：前线军令、地方民众求助、内部旧账复仇。季岊与阿烈本是不同阵营，却在临床选择中互相依赖，逐步揭开当年撤离名单被上级改写的丑闻——有些平民被故意排除，几位记者也因此失踪。为了阻止再一场“名义上的必需牺牲”，季岊改写治疗次序，先手术救援平民和儿童，再以医疗废纸记录真实撤离时间，迫使上层军政体系无法掩盖证据。最终他放弃晋升机会，陪着幸存者离开撤离口，影片结尾在棋局重放镜头前停格，强调勇气不是无所畏惧，而是承认每一次选择都在害人之内。
